Patient guide
Your first visit, made simpler.
You do not need to know the treatment name before booking. Start with the concern, goal or symptom.
Before you arrive
Bring your ID, medical-aid information if applicable, current medication list and relevant dental records you have access to.
At the appointment
Explain what brings you in. An examination helps determine whether further diagnostics or treatment are needed.
After assessment
Review the proposed plan, priorities and follow-up needs before deciding on next steps.
Medical aid and emergencies
The current practice FAQ states that most major medical-aid plans are accepted and that reception assists with claims. It also publishes an emergency line. Confirm cover, benefits and urgent availability directly with the practice.
